REMARKS:

Exclude domestic flights in China (Chengdu–Nyingchi, Lhasa–Chengdu). Estimated cost: RM1,500 – RM2,000 (subject to actual ticket issuance).

1. Private tour Min. GV.2 per booking with a Chinese driver cum guide.
2. Non-refundable deposit of RM 500/Pax upon booking confirmation. Full payment must be made 35 days before departure.

4. Tour packages are only available for Malaysian passport holders.
5. Prices are quoted per person in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) & subject to change without prior notice.
6. Hotel rooms are subject to availability. If the selected hotel is unavailable, other similar accommodations will be provided with a different price, apply (if any).
7. Hotel check-in time 15.00 – onwards. Check out time 12.00.
8. Sequence of itinerary subject to local arrangement.
9. No services have been blocked in your favor, subject to availability upon your confirmation.
10. Daily Departure. Please ensure your flight schedule tallies with our tour schedule. Any missed flight will not be refunded.
11. Supplement will be applied for any fairs/events/public holidays/high seasons (subject to change).

Itinenary

ITINERARY

Day 1:

  • Arrival in Chengdu/Chongqing
  • Meet up with team leader for transit and check-in at hotel
  • Hotel in Chengdu/Chongqing

 

Day 2:

  • Fly to Benri Shenshan from Chengdu/Chonqging
  • Visit Sejila Mountain (Nanjiabawa Peak), Lulang Linhui and Linzhi
  • 200km drive and 2900m above sea level
  • Hotel in Nyingchi County and breakfast included 

 

Day 3:

  • Drive to Lhasa 
  • Basongcuo (scenic drive using Lalin Expressway)
  • 410km drive and 3650m above sea level 
  • Hotel in Lhasa and breakfast included 

 

Day 4:

  • Visit Potala Palace and Jakhang Temple (with audio guide)
  • Visit Baguo Street and join a Tibetan costume experience 
  • Afternoon tea 
  • Hotel in Lhasa and breakfast included 

 

Day 5:

  • Visit Yamdrok Lake and Karola Glacier from Lhasa 
  • 390km drive
  • Hotel in Lhasa and breakfast included 

 

Day 6:

  • Departure from Lhasa to Chengdu/Chongqing
  • Hotel in Chengdu/Chonqging and breakfast included

 

Day 7:

  • End of the trip
  • Breakfast included 

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • The package prices above are based on standard service in terms of hotel and transport. If there is a special request outside the program, it can be discussed and the price is based on the request.
  • The above rates are net and no commissionable
  • The contract rate will be renewed if there is an increase in fuel rates & and entrance fees of each tourist destination that has been determined by the government

DOCUMENT FOR BOOKING: 

Guest is required to submit the following for booking: Copy of Passport (validity at least 6 months from the date of return)

PAYMENT TERMS:

  • Upon confirmation of reservation, a 50% deposit required
  • All payment is non-refundable and non-transferable, in whole or in part.
  • Balance payment must be received at least forty five (45) working days prior to arrival
  • For confirmed booking less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival, 100% payment must be received within Five (05) working days to avoid the booking being cancelled by the provider automatically

Please email the proof of transaction to info@greentrekkers.my and the official receipt will be issued.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD Payment by Master or Visa card is acceptable with 3% service charge incurred.

REDUCTION OF GROUP SIZE 
Reduction of group size for confirmed reservation, the deposit paid by the participant who cancelled will be forfeited.
Reduction of group size also means that the tour cost may increase due to cost sharing of vehicle and guide.  Therefore, new quotation will be issued.
Air ticket can be downsized subject to airline’s terms and conditions. Deposit made for withdrawn pax is not refundable.

REPLACEMENT OF PARTICIPANTS
Replacement of participant(s) is allowed before the issuance of air ticket is allowed, while name change after ticket issuance will incur RM100 processing fee imposed.
Replacement of participant(s) must be finalized at least 30 days before departure date. No replacement is allowed after this date.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit is strictly non-refundable.
Cancellation more than 30 days from the date of arrival, the balance payment is waived.
Cancellation less than 30 days or no show for the tour, 100% on the tour fare will be forfeited. 
Participant who cancelled the trip and return again will be subject to RM100 processing fee, subject to any fare difference by airlines. 

FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of any causes beyond the Company’s control including, but not limited to, acts of God, change of laws, war, civil unrest, fire, flood, earthquake or explosion, acts of terrorism, no claim is allowed for the remainder of the tour cost not utilized. It is the sole discretion of the Company to replace with alternative arrangement within the remaining costs.

SURCHARGE FOR GUIDES

Standard service hours for guide are 10 hours a day. Surcharge will be imposed for additional hours.

HOTEL ROOM BOOKINGS

No hotel reservation is made during the time of quotation until a deposit is received.  The operator reserves the right to amend the accommodation to a similar class without prior notice.

INDEMNITY: 

Participants are covered by Travelling Insurance.  In the event of accident, injury or death arising during the period of tour, Green Trekkers Sdn. Bhd. is indemnified and waived against all claims.
