OPTION A : 2 Night stay on Hotel + 1 Night stay at Boat

Day 01 : Komodo Airport – Mirror Cave – Sylvia Hill – Check in Hotel (D)

• Pick up at Komodo Airport by our local guide and driver
• Directly escorted to Mirror Cave, explore the cave and see the stalagmite and stalactite that made naturally
• Continue drive to Sylvia Hill, trekking activity to the top of hills and see the sunset view
• Enjoy dinner at a Local Restaurant and drop at the Hotel for check in process and take a rest

 Day 02 : Check out Hotel – Harbor – Kelor Island – Manjarite Island – Fox Island (B,L,D)

• Breakfast at the Hotel and gathered at Lobby Hotel
• Our local guide and driver will pick you up at the Lobby Hotel and directly drive to Harbor
• Embarkation process to the boat
• Start sailing to Kelor Island, trekking to explore the island and enjoy the beautiful natural scenery or snorkeling to witness the rich and diverse underwater life
• Lunch served on board
• Afterward sailing to Manjarite Island, snorkeling activities to witness the rich and varied underwater life, or taking photos with views of the beach, the beauty of the sea or endemic plants can be an extraordinary backdrop
• Continue sail to Kalong Island to watch thousands of bats flying from their nests while enjoying the sunset
• Enjoy dinner and overnight on the boat

 Day 03 : Padar Island – Pink Beach – Komodo Island – Labuan Bajo – Check in Hotel (B,L,D)

• Start sailing to Padar Island, a trekking activity to see beautiful panoramas of three different bays with stunning seawater
• Enjoy breakfast on board
• Afterward continue sailing to Long Pink Beach for snorkeling and swimming activities to see the beauty of coral reefs and the diversity of marine life
• Enjoy lunch on board
• Continue sailing to Komodo Island, a trekking activity to explore wild natural habitats and meet ancient Komodo and other wild animals that live in the forest
• Sailing back to Labuan Bajo
• Enjoy dinner at a local restaurant and overnight at the hotel

 Day 04 : Check out Hotel – Komodo Airport (B)

• Breakfast at the hotel and process check out
• Directly drive to Komodo Airport
• Check in process and continue flight to the next destination

OPTION B : 2 Night stay on Boat + 1 Night stay at Hotel

Day 01 : Komodo Airport – Harbor – Kelor Island – Manjarite Island – Fox Island (L,D)

• Pick up at Komodo Airport with driver and tour guide
• Directly drive to Harbor
• Start sailing to Kelor Island, trekking to explore the island and enjoy the beautiful natural scenery or snorkeling to witness the rich and diverse underwater life
• Lunch served on board
• Afterward sailing to Manjarite Island, snorkeling activities to witness the rich and varied underwater life, or taking photos with views of the beach, the beauty of the sea or endemic plants can be an extraordinary backdrop
• Continue sail to Kalong Island to watch thousands of bats flying from their nests while enjoying the sunset
• Enjoy dinner and overnight on the boat

Day 02 : Padar Island – Long Pink Beach – Komodo Island – Siaba Island (B,L,D)

• Start sailing to Padar Island, a trekking activity to see beautiful panoramas of three different bays with stunning seawater
• Enjoy breakfast on board
• Afterward continue sailing to Long Pink Beach for snorkeling and swimming activities to see the beauty of coral reefs and the diversity of marine life
• Enjoy lunch on board
• Continue sailing to Komodo Island, a trekking activity to explore wild natural habitats and meet ancient Komodo and other wild animals that live in the forest
• Afterward continue to sail to Siaba Island, an island called as “City of Turtle” and the clear sea water makes it easier to see more clearly the life underwater.
• Enjoy dinner and overnight on the boat

Day 03 : Sebayur Island – Bidadari Island – Labuan Bajo – Check in Hotel (B,L,D)

• Breakfast on board while enjoying the sunrise view on the boat.
• Then, the boat continued to sail to Sebayur Island, its turquoise water is exceptionally calm and clear making it easier to see more clearly the diversity of marine life
• Return to the boat and sail to Bidadari Island, which has amazing underwater lives with colorful fishes, as well as corals, and can do swimming or snorkeling activities
• Lunch will be served on board
• Return to the boat and sail back to Labuan Bajo
• Disembarkation process from boat and directly drive to Hotel for check-in hotel and free program
• Afterward gathered at Lobby Hotel, our guide and driver will escort to local restaurant for dinner and drive back to the hotel
• Overnight at Hotel

Day 04 : Check out Hotel – Komodo Airport (B)

• Breakfast at the hotel and process check out
• Directly drive to Komodo Airport
• Check in process and continue flight to the next destination

TERMS & CONDITION

• The package prices above are based on standard service in terms of hotel, transport, and boat (during the sailing program in Labuan Bajo). If there is a special request outside the program, it can be discussed and the price is based on the request.
• The above rates are valid for Low Season Period only
• High Season Period: starting on 1 June – 31 August 2026; on 1-10 October 2026; on 14- 20 February 2027; on 17-24 March 2027
• Peak Season Period: starting on 25 March – 5 April 2026 & 20 December 2026 – 5 January 2027
• The above rates are net and no commissionable
• The contract rate will be renewed if there is an increase in fuel rates & and entrance fees of each tourist destination that has been determined by the government.

FORCE MAJEURE:

• Force Majeure refers to a state of coercion beyond the limits of the capabilities of both parties which can disrupt or even thwart the implementation of activities, such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, sabotage, a community, blockade, government, especially due to circumstances in beyond human capabilities.
• The itinerary program may change according to the conditions or situations while trip and may change depending on the weather and ocean currents.

DOCUMENT FOR BOOKING: 

Guest is required to submit the following for booking: Copy of Passport (validity at least 6 months from the date of return)

 PAYMENT TERMS:

• Upon confirmation of reservation, a 50% deposit required
• All payment is non-refundable and non-transferable, in whole or in part.
• Balance payment must be received at least forty five (45) working days prior to arrival
• For confirmed booking less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival, 100% payment must be received within Five (05) working days to avoid the booking being cancelled by the provider automatically

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD:

Payment by Master or Visa card is acceptable with 3% service charge incurred.

REDUCTION OF GROUP SIZE:

Reduction of group size for confirmed reservation, the deposit paid by the participant who cancelled will be forfeited.

Reduction of group size also means that the tour cost may increase due to cost sharing of vehicle and guide.  Therefore, new quotation will be issued.

Air ticket can be downsized subject to airline’s terms and conditions. Deposit made for withdrawn pax is not refundable.

REPLACEMENT OF PARTICIPANTS:

Replacement of participant(s) is allowed before the issuance of air ticket is allowed, while name change after ticket issuance will incur RM100 processing fee imposed.

Replacement of participant(s) must be finalized at least 30 days before departure date. No replacement is allowed after this date.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Deposit is strictly non-refundable.

Cancellation more than 30 days from the date of arrival, the balance payment is waived.

Cancellation less than 30 days or no show for the tour, 100% on the tour fare will be forfeited. 

Participant who cancelled the trip and return again will be subject to RM100 processing fee, subject to any fare difference by airlines.

 FORCE MAJEURE:

In the event of any causes beyond the Company’s control including, but not limited to, acts of God, change of laws, war, civil unrest, fire, flood, earthquake or explosion, acts of terrorism, no claim is allowed for the remainder of the tour cost not utilized. It is the sole discretion of the Company to replace with alternative arrangement within the remaining costs.

SURCHARGE FOR GUIDES:

Standard service hours for guide are 10 hours a day. Surcharge will be imposed for additional hours.

HOTEL ROOM BOOKINGS:

No hotel reservation is made during the time of quotation until a deposit is received.  The operator reserves the right to amend the accommodation to a similar class without prior notice.

INDEMNITY: 

Participants are covered by Travelling Insurance.  In the event of accident, injury or death arising during the period of tour, Green Trekkers Sdn. Bhd. is indemnified and waived against all claims.
