1) All the above rates are nett & non commission, minimum 02 persons per booking, valid for FIT ONLY& in sharing basis
2) Not inclusive of driver’s tipping. Recommend RM5/pax/day & peak season surcharge
3) Not inclusive of local government fee @ RM3/rn (3*hotel), RM5/rn (4*hotel), RM10/rn (5*hotel)

4) Deposit / full payment are STRICLY NOT REFUNDABLE

In the event of any causes beyond the Company’s control including, but not limited to, acts of God, change of laws, war, civil unrest, fire, flood, earthquake or explosion, acts of terrorism, no claim is allowed for the remainder of the tour cost not utilized. It is the sole discretion of the Company to replace with alternative arrangement within the remaining costs.
No hotel reservation is made during the time of quotation until a deposit is received. The operator reserves the right to amend the accommodation to a similar class without prior notice.
