The Adora Mediterranea is an 86,000-ton, Spirit-class cruise ship operated by Adora Cruises. Originally built in Finland as the Costa Mediterranea in 2003, she was transferred to the Chinese market in 2023. The 12-deck, 292-meter vessel blends Italian palatial design with cultural elements, carrying up to 2,680 passengers.

Children under the age of 18 may not travel unaccompanied on board our ship. Babies will not be permitted to board if they are less than 6 months old on the first day of the cruise.

Cruise reserves the right to cancel substitute any schedule port call / itinerary / price / program / vessel/ cabin at any time without prior notice.

Adora Cruises do not provide advice regarding passports and/or However, all guests are required to carry a passport usually valid for 6 months after disembarking the ship, and any necessary visas. No refund or compensation will be made to guests who are denied embarkation resulting from non-compliance of immigration requirements.

Cancellation fees above are applicable for low and mid season only. For peak season or Special discount promotion, 100% cancellation fees apply. 以上取消费用只适用于淡或旺季而已。超旺季或特价优惠配套于 100%取消费用为准。
Apart from the above cancellation fee stated under the terms and conditions of the respective third parties (cruise principle), you are liable to be charge an administration fee of RM100.00 per service per person irrespective of circumstances.
无论任何情况底下，除了上述根据邮轮公司设定条件规定的取消费用以外客人还必须需支付每人00 的行政手续费。
A 6% foreign exchange conversion fee will be imposed as cruise fare affected by foreign exchange currency
任何受到外汇货币影响的团费将会被收取 6％的外汇兑换费。
Non cruise component such as coach transfer, flight, insurance & etc. are strictly non-refundable.
所有邮轮以外的服务费一律不给予任何退款，例如接送，航班，保险，签证等。
All cancellation will be imposed with RM 150.00 per person for refund processing fee.
所有取消行程将被征收00（每人）退款手续费。

In the event of any causes beyond the Company’s control including, but not limited to, acts of God, change of laws, war, civil unrest, fire, flood, earthquake or explosion, acts of terrorism, no claim is allowed for the remainder of the tour cost not utilized. It is the sole discretion of the Company to replace with alternative arrangement within the remaining costs.
Participants are not covered by Travelling Insurance. In the event of accident, injury or death arising during the period of tour, Green Trekkers Sdn. Bhd. is indemnified and waived against all claims.
