Arrive Kota Kinabalu, transfer to Happy Garden Resort. Check in.

DAY 1:
7.30am Registration of climbers at Sabah Park Counter.
9.00am Depart for Timpohon Gate. Safety briefing and start ascending to Laban Rata.
3.00pm Climbers must arrive at Panalaban at this time.
3.30pm Climbers climb up to 1st Viewpoint (in case weather permits for the purpose of “acclimatization”
4.15pm Climbers rest at viewpoint.
5.00pm Climbers return to Panalaban.
5.30pm Climbers arrive Panalaban and dinner serve.
7.00pm Rest for next day morning ascending.
Meal: Dinner
DAY 2: CLIMBING TO GURKHA HUT
7.00am Assemble at Park’s Operations Room, Panalaban. Safety briefing and inspection of equipment / requirements.
7.30am Breakfast
8.00am Start ascend to Gurkha Hut.
11.30am Rest at Sayat-Sayat Check Point / Lunch.
12.00pm Continue ascend to Gurkha Hut.
2.00pm Climbers are expected to arrive at Gurkha Hut. Rest. Enjoying and taking picture of the view around Gurka Hut. (The ascending does not include Low’s Peak).
Preparation for dinner / Camp.
Rest.

DAY 3: GURKHA HUT – TIMPOHON GATE
7.00am Breakfast and prepare for descend to Timpohon Gate.
8.00am Climbers start descend to Panalaban.
11.30am Climbers are expected to arrive Panalaban and lunch served.
12.30pm Climbers descend to Timpohon Gate
4.00pm Climbers are expected to arrive at Timpohon Gate and transfer to Kinabalu Park HQ.
Transfer to Kota Kinabalu City.
Meal: Lunch
Transfer to airport on departure day.
End of the High-Altitude Climbing.
Module 2 – 4 days 3 nights
1 night @ Panalaban, 2 nights @ Gurkha Hut

8.00am Safety briefing for Multi Peaks climbing.
8.30am Climbers start ascending to Alexandra Peak (3,997.50m).
11.00am Climbers return to Gurkha Hut.
12.00pm Lunch at Gurkha Hut.
1.00pm Climbers start ascend to Victoria Peak (4,090m).
4.00pm Climbers return to Gurkha Hut.
6.00pm Dinner and rest.

Day 4:
7.00am Breakfast
7.30am Safety briefing and prepare for descending to Timpohon Gate.
8.00am Climbers start moving to Panalaban, Laban Rata.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RESERVATION POLICY:

Reservations must be made exactly 3 months (90 days) in advance of the hike.
PAYMENT TERMS:
- A deposit of RM1,500/person must be received 1 day before the booking.
- Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, in whole or in part.
- Balance payment MUST be received at least thirty (30) working days prior to arrival. Failure to pay by the stipulated time will result in cancellation of tour arrangements without prior notice. Should guest need more time to remit the payment, written notice by email to info@greentrekkers.my must be given 30 days prior to arrival.

REPLACEMENT OF CLIMBERS
Replacement of climber(s) is not allowed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit is strictly non-refundable.
Cancellation more than 30 days from the date of arrival, the balance payment is waived.
Cancellation less than 30 days or no show for the tour, 100% on the tour fare will be forfeited.
FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of any causes beyond the Company’s control including, but not limited to, acts of God, change of laws, war, civil unrest, fire, flood, earthquake or explosion, acts of terrorism, no claim is allowed for the remainder of the tour cost not utilized. It is the sole discretion of the Company to replace with alternative arrangement within the remaining costs.
TRANSPORT SUR-CHARGE
Depart from Kinabalu Park 7pm – 8.59pm, surcharge @ RM80/vehicle.
Depart from Kinabalu Park 9.00pm – 11.00pm surcharge @ RM150/vehicle
Depart from Kinabalu Park after 11.00pm surcharge @ RM200/vehicle
Transfer from Hotel to Airport 9.00pm – 11.00pm, surcharge @ RM50/vehicle
Transfer from Hotel to Airport 11.00pm – 12.00pm, surcharge @ RM100/vehicle
Transfer from hotel to Airport after mid-night, surcharge @ RM150/vehicle
SURCHARGE FOR MOUNTAIN GUIDES
Surcharge of RM15.00 per hour imposed for guide services extended after 4.00 pm on a normal climb to the summit of Low’s Peak and to be paid directly to the mountain guide in case of extended climbing hours.
HOTEL ROOM BOOKINGS
No hotel reservation is made during the time of quotation until a deposit is received. The operator reserves the right to amend the accommodation to a similar class without prior notice.
INDEMNITY:
Participants are not covered by Travelling Insurance. In the event of accident, injury or death arising during the period of tour, Green Trekkers Sdn. Bhd. is indemnified and waived against all claims.
However, climbers are covered by climbing insurance under Sabah Park.
