TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DOCUMENT FOR BOOKING:
Passport copies with minimum 6 months validity (from the last day you disembark from cruise) is required for registration
PAYMENT TERMS:
- 50% deposit shall be paid before booking can be done on system.
- Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, in whole or in part.
- Balance payment MUST be received at least thirty (60) days prior to arrival. Failure to pay by the stipulated time will result in cancellation of tour arrangements without prior notice.
- For confirmed booking less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival, 100% payment must be received within 3 working

TERMS FROM CRUISE DEPARTMENT
1) All rates are based on Twin Sharing basis, subject to fluctuation based on capacity. All fares are in Ringgit Malaysia & Exclude Travel document, Visa Fee, Port Charges, Gratuity Fee, Holiday Surcharge, Optional land tour, Other incidental charges & items not mentioned.
2) Triple/Quad Cabin is limited and subject to cabin availability. Please always refer to our cruise team for system accuracy/real time availability.
3) Cruising schedule and itinerary are subject to cruise company final arrangement.
4) All guests above the age of 12 to be Fully Vaccinated in order to board the cruise. Child must accompany by at least 1 adult above 18 yrs old in the same cabin.
5) Rates are applicable to Malaysian & Foreigners holding employee pass or PR status in Malaysia only.
6) Passport MUST have at least 6 months validity from the returning date, passenger is responsible to ensure that all Travel documents & VISA are in order prior to departure.
7) Infant age below 6 months & Pregnant above 24weeks are not allowed cruise. ** for Pregnant, recommended to consult a doctor before ordering
REPLACEMENT OF PASSENGERS / REDUCTION OF GROUP SIZE
- Replacement is not allowed.
- Name change is chargeable at RM200/change and subject to top up the difference of room pricing
- Reduction in number of pax in a room (for example from 4 person reduce to 3 person), deposit is non refundable and if pax has made final payment, full payment will be forfeited)

FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of any causes beyond the Company’s control including, but not limited to, acts of God, change of laws, war, civil unrest, fire, flood, earthquake or explosion, acts of terrorism, payment paid shall only be used to replace an alternative tour within the Company’s range of travel products.
INDEMNITY:
Participants are not covered by Travelling Insurance. In the event of accident, injury or death arising during the period of tour, Green Trekkers Sdn. Bhd. is indemnified and waived against all claims.
