Mount Rinjani is an active volcano on the Indonesian island of Lombok. With an elevation of 3,726m / 12,224ft Mt Rinjani is one of South East Asia’s highest peaks, attracting hikers and alpinists from around the world.

• Private transport from Lombok Airport to Senaru Village
• Transport from Senaru Village to Rinjani Information Centre (RIC), Sembalun village and to trail head
• Transport from Senaru Village to Senggigi
• Transport from Senggigi to Airport on departure day
• 1 night accommodation in a comfortable hotel in Senaru village on Day 1.
• 2 nights Camping with quality camping equipment: tents, sleeping bag, mattress, pillow, and toilet tents.
• 1-night budgeted hotel at Senggigi after trekking.
• Experienced English/Malay-speaking guide and professional porters.
• Entrance fees 150,000 IDR/person/day to the National Park
• All meals, snacks, fruits, drinks during your trek.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DOCUMENT FOR BOOKING : 

A copy of passport to be submitted to Green Trekkers.  The validity of the passport must be more than 6 months on the date of return to Malaysia.

PAYMENT TERMS:

• 50% Deposit per person to be paid upon registration.
• Final payment 30 days prior to departure date
• Deposit is non-refundable for cancellation.
• Balance payment MUST be received Thirty (30) working days prior to departure. Failure to pay by the stipulated time will result in cancellation of tour arrangements without prior notice. Should guest need more time to remit the payment, written notice by email to info@greentrekkers.my must be given 30 days prior to arrival.

REPLACEMENT OF CLIMBERS

Replacement of climber(s) is allowed.

• Replacement of climber(s) must be finalized 45 days before departure date. Less than 45 days, replacement is not allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Deposit is strictly non-refundable.
• Cancellation more than 30 days from the date of arrival, the balance payment is waived and deposit is forfeited.
• Cancellation less than 30 days or no show for the tour, 100% on the tour fare will be forfeited.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of any causes beyond the Company’s control including, but not limited to, acts of God, change of laws, war, civil unrest, fire, flood, earthquake or explosion, acts of terrorism, payment paid shall only be used to replace an alternative tour within the Company’s range of travel products.

 TRANSPORT SUR-CHARGE

Transport sur-charge will be imposed and borne by guest for transferring to destination which is out of the scheduled itinerary.

TRAVELLING INSURANCE:

Participants are compulsory to purchase own travelling insurance.  Green Trekkers can assist in purchasing the insurance with a minimum service charge.

INDEMNITY: 

Green Trekkers Sdn. Bhd. do not purchase Travelling Insurance for all participants.  In the event of accident, injury or death arising during the period of tour, Green Trekkers Sdn. Bhd. and the ground operator are indemnified and waived against all claims.  All claims shall refer to individual insurance purchased.
