DAY 1 : KNO-SIANTAR- PARAPAT – SAMOSIR (FERRY) – DESA AMBARITA – SAMOSIR HOTEL (L/D)

Arrival at KNO Airport – Meet & Greet with our team

Stop at Paten snack shop, Siantar. – Lunch at local restaurant  – drive to  Ajibata Port – Ferry cross from Ajibata-Ambarita (45mins). Ambarita Village is known for its beautiful natural environment and unique Toba Batak culture. Dance along traditional Batak Tor Tor music performances (min 10pax). There are magalitic stones that form the central arena of the village as a place for traditional community meetings and punishments (Trial Table. where convicts were beheaded on the table and their flesh eaten by the tribe); traditional Batak houses and the king’s tomb; also souvenir shops. Check in hotel. Free and easy. Dinner at local restaurant (Lobster). Overnight at Samosir (Lake Toba )

DAY 02 : SAMOSIR  HOTEL – SIMANINDO – TIGARAS (FERRY) – SIMARJARUNJUNG – LUNCH BY LAKESIDE –FRUIT   PICKING – HOTSPRING – BRASTAGI HOTEL  (B/L/D)

After breakfast,check out hotel. Bring swimsuit+towel. Ferry @Port Simanindo – Tigaras. Simarjarunjung View Point. Lunch BBQ Seafood by lakeside. Fruit Picking. Natural Hotspring. Dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at Brastagi

DAY 03 : BRASTAGI HOTEL -FRUIT MARKET-TAMAN LUMBINI-VELANGKANY CHURCH-ISTANA MAIMUN-SHOPPING-MEDAN HOTEL (B/L/D)

Check out  hotel, continue to Fruit Market. After that we will visit Taman Lumbini is a replica of the Shwedagon Temple in Myanmar with golden colors.Velangkany Church is a Catholic church that resembles a Hindu temple with magnificent Indian-Mughal architecture and was inspired by the Velangkanni Temple in India. Lunch at local restaurant. Visit  Istana Maimun, this yellow palace was built in 1891 by Sultan Makmun Al Rasyid Perkasa Alamsyah and has a Malay-Islamic and European architectural style. Passby Kesawan Old Town, one of the historical areas in the center of Medan City. Built in 1880, known for its Dutch colonial architecture, Kesawan offers a classic atmosphere with cafes, antique shops and historic buildings that reflect the city’s cultural heritage.Shopping. Dinner at local restaurant Overnight at Medan

DAY 04 : TRANFSER OUT KNO AIRPORT (B)

Transfer to KNO Airport.

NOTE

The timing of sightseeing points shall be fixed by local operator due to traffic and weather conditions, however all points must be covered unless amendment or cancellation made by clients themselves (non-refundable for any cancellation that made by clients).

Tour and price are subject to change without notice or in case of deduction to the number of pax in the quoted group.

Small deviations in the tour program are sometimes necessary, depending on weather, road conditions, flight schedules and room availability.

Supplement charge for room rate in peak dates depends on the hotel category used. Compulsory gala dinner on X’mas, New Year’s Eve & Lunar New Year’s Eve to be advised upon booking. Prices for group of 15 persons up in 5 stars hotels sometime requires to re-quote base on the hotel policy.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NAME LIST: 

Full name and I/C number shall be submitted to Green Trekkers Sdn. Bhd. upon confirmation for booking.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE:

50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the trip.

The balance shall be paid 1 month prior to departure date.

Booking less than 30 days, full payment is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Deposit is strictly non-refundable.

More than 30 days’ notice, balance payment is waived.

Less than 30 days’ notice or no show for the tour – 100% of total tour fare will be forfeited.

Replacement of participant or change of travelling date (depending on availability) is allowed but must be 14 days before departure.

No refund for any booked activity which is not utilized during the tour.

AMENDMENTS:

Any amendments made to the package within 14 days prior to departure date is subject to RM100 amendment fee.

AIR TICKET

Full payment for air ticket is required before the Company can proceed to purchase the air ticket. Service charge at RM50 per sector per person.  Any price increase during the waiting period is to be borne by the client. Payment of air ticket is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and no name change is allowed. Any changed to the air ticket is subject to terms and conditions of the carrier and extra charges or penalty may apply.

ACCOMMODATION:

No reservation is made during the time of quotation until a deposit is received to confirm the booking of tour.

INDENMINITY: 

Participants are not covered by travel insurance.  In the event of accident, injury or death arising during the period of tour, Green Trekkers Sdn. Bhd. is indemnified and waived against all claims.
