Day 1:       TRANSFER FROM YOGYAKARTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (YIA )

WELCOME TO JOGJA. You will meet and be greeted by our guide at YIA Kulonprogo to be transferred to and checked – into the hotel.

Day 2:       FULLDAY DIENG PLATEAU HIGHLAND TOUR (B, L, D)

Morning after breakfast ,  We will drive to Wonosobo where you could enjoy the beautiful scenery of mountains. We will also pass through Sumbing Valley, passing by the tobacco and tea plantations.  Visit Java’s oldest Hindu temples, built on the 8th century. Arjuna and Pandawa Temple – Arjuna Temple is the oldest temple in Java- Next drive to see the amazing active Sikidang craters. Finally enjoy beautiful scenery at the Batu Pandang Ratapan Angin Hill with the calming and beautiful Telaga Warna and Telaga Pengilon background – back to Jogja  – Lunch & Dinner is at a local restaurant.

Day 3:       CITY TOUR  –  BOROBUDUR – MALIOBORO (B, L, D)

Start the day by visiting “Kraton” – the magnificent royal palace of the Sultan and Taman Sari water castle – enjoy lunch at local restaurant. We will directly make our way to the largest Buddhist temple in the world – the iconic Borobudur temple. (Our packages include entrance ticket of Borobudur temple until courtyard. There will be an additional charged RM 100/pax to climb to the top of the temple . Reservation opens 7 days before the visit depending on the availibility of tickets) – Finally Shopping along Malioboro Street and Oleh oleh – Dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 4:       DEPARTURE YOGYAKARTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT ( YIA ) (B)

NOTE

The timing of sightseeing points shall be fixed by local operator due to traffic and weather conditions, however all points must be covered unless amendment or cancellation made by clients themselves (non-refundable for any cancellation that made by clients).

Tour and price are subject to change without notice or in case of deduction to the number of pax in the quoted group.

Small deviations in the tour program are sometimes necessary, depending on weather, road conditions, flight schedules and room availability.

Supplement charge for room rate in peak dates depends on the hotel category used. Compulsory gala dinner on X’mas, New Year’s Eve & Lunar New Year’s Eve to be advised upon booking. Prices for group of 15 persons up in 5 stars hotels sometime requires to re-quote base on the hotel policy.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NAME LIST: 

Full name and I/C number shall be submitted to Green Trekkers Sdn. Bhd. upon confirmation for booking.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE:

50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the trip.

The balance shall be paid 1 month prior to departure date.

Booking less than 30 days, full payment is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Deposit is strictly non-refundable.

More than 30 days’ notice, balance payment is waived.

Less than 30 days’ notice or no show for the tour – 100% of total tour fare will be forfeited.

Replacement of participant or change of travelling date (depending on availability) is allowed but must be 14 days before departure.

No refund for any booked activity which is not utilized during the tour.

AMENDMENTS:

Any amendments made to the package within 14 days prior to departure date is subject to RM100 amendment fee.

AIR TICKET

Full payment for air ticket is required before the Company can proceed to purchase the air ticket. Service charge at RM50 per sector per person.  Any price increase during the waiting period is to be borne by the client. Payment of air ticket is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and no name change is allowed. Any changed to the air ticket is subject to terms and conditions of the carrier and extra charges or penalty may apply.

ACCOMMODATION:

No reservation is made during the time of quotation until a deposit is received to confirm the booking of tour.

INDENMINITY: 

Participants are not covered by travel insurance.  In the event of accident, injury or death arising during the period of tour, Green Trekkers Sdn. Bhd. is indemnified and waived against all claims.
