Description of the accommodation:
Hostel: 14 beds (dormitory style), Ceiling fan only, Shared ablutions (hot water)
Longhouse: Standard Longhouse I & II Total 8 rooms with 4 super single beds in each room (max 4)
Longhouse I & II Family Suite: 2 units with 1 King bed and 3 super single beds in each room.
Garden Bungalow: Total 8 rooms with King size bed and 1 super single bed in each room.
Rainforest Lodge: Total 12 rooms with 2 super single beds each room.
Camp 5 Forest Hostel: Maximum 38 pax. Dormitory style in open-air rooms. Sleeping platforms, mats provided.
Hut on the Summit Trail: Maximum 10 pax. Basic hut shelter, camp cooking equipment.

Arrive Mulu Airport. Transfer to Mulu National Park, registration and check in. Set lunch at Park Café. Join National Park tour to Deer Cave, Lang Cave and Bat exodus. Return to Park Head Quarters. Set dinner at Park Café.

“Passport copies for all participants shall be submitted to Green Trekkers Sdn Bhd upon confirmation of booking.”
PAYMENT PROCEDURE:
50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the trip.
The balance shall be paid 1 month prior to departure date.
Booking less than 30 days, full payment is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposit is strictly non refundable.
More than 30 days notice balance payment is waived.
Less than 30 days notice or no show for the tour – 100% of total tour fare will be forfeited.
Replacement of participant or change of travelling date (depending on availability) is allowed but must be 14 days before departure.
No refund for any booked activity which is not utilized during the tour.
AMENDMENTS:
Any amendments made to the package within 14 days prior to departure date is subject to RM100 amendment fee.
AIR TICKET
Full payment for air ticket is required before the Company can proceed to purchase the air ticket. Service charge is RM50 per sector per person. Any price increase during the waiting period is to be borne by the client. Payment of air ticket is strictly non refundable, non transferable and no name change is allowed. Any changed to the air ticket is subject to terms and conditions of the carrier and extra charges or penalty may apply.
ACCOMMODATION:
No reservation is made during the time of quotation until a deposit is received to confirm the booking of tour.
INDENMINITY:
Participants are not covered by Insurance. In the event of accident, injury or death arising during the period of tour, Green Trekkers Sdn. Bhd. is indemnified and waived against all claims.
