DOCUMENT FOR BOOKING:
Please submit IC copies for Malaysian and passport copies for non Malaysian for booking.
Remarks
• Rates quoted in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit)
• Child between 2-11 years old only applies when sharing room with 2 adults on Twin Basis
• The Resort accepts no liability for losses incurred due to failure to connect with other services
and cannot be held liable for any loss of baggage or personal items, injury or death resulting
from activities in which the participants undertake willingly.
• The Resort reserves the rights to alter, amend, delete or modify the terms and conditions at
any time without prior notice
• The rates are subject to acceptance of our terms and conditions
PAYMENT TERMS:
1) 50% of the total payment is required as deposit payment.
2) Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, in whole or in part.
3) Balance payment MUST be received at least thirty (30) working days prior to arrival.
Failure to pay by the stipulated time will result in cancellation of tour arrangements
without prior notice. Should guest need more time to remit the payment, written notice
by email to info@greentrekkers.my must be given 30 days prior to arrival.
4) For confirmed booking less than sixty (60) days prior to arrival, 100% payment must be
received within Five (05) working days to avoid the booking being cancelled by the
provider automatically
