DAY 2 : FULLDAY BATAM BARELANG TOUR (B,L,D)
In the morning, after breakfast at the hotel, we will take you to enjoy Batam Barelang Tour, visiting Vihara Batam Centre, Welcome to Batam, Iconic Barelang bridge, Batu Ajie Grand Mosque, and Kwan Im Statue at Tanjung Pinggir. Next we will shopping at Nagoya and Jodoh. Lunch and dinner will be serve at local restaurant.

Small deviations in the tour program are sometimes necessary, depending on weather, road conditions, flight schedules, and room availability.
Supplement charge for room rate in peak dates depends on the hotel category used. Compulsory gala dinner on Xmas, New Year’s Eve & Lunar New Year’s Eve to be advised upon booking. Prices for group of 15 persons up in 5 stars hotels sometime requires to re-quote based on the hotel policy
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Child Policies: All children require a passport copy when booking.
- 90% of adult fare for children under 12 years old sharing room with adult.
- 75% of adult fare for children from 4 to 10 years using twin share with parents, plus extra bed.
- 50% of adult fare for children from 4 to 10 years using twin share with parents, no extra bed.
- There is no charge for infants (children aged 3 years old or under) when not occupying a seat. Passport copy is required during booking.
- In case a child is accompanied by only 1 adult, that child will be counted as an adult.
- Cancellation Policy
All cancellation of reservation must be notified in writing to company by email and is to be dated. The cancellation fee will be based upon the total value of the reservation, as within the most recent confirmation letter of the group.
Cancellation fees are calculated as following notification:
- Cancellation before cut-off date no charge (cut-of date to be shown in tour confirmation)
- Cancellation after cut-off date – 30% of total tour amount will be charged.
- Cancellation 7days prior to group arrival – 50% of total tour amount will be charged.
- Cancellation 3days prior to group arrival – 75% of total tour amount will be charged.
- No show will be charged 100% of the tour amount.
- Remarks:
- All services are provided on a private basis.
- All transfers are without a tour guide escort.It is available for bookings of 10 pax or more.
- The rates are quoted per person in US dollars (USD) for the ASEAN market & subject to change without prior notice.
- Hotel rooms are subject to availability. If selected hotel unavailable, others similar accommodation will be provided with different price apply.
- Program adjustments are sometime necessary, depending on time, weather, and actual local condition.
- Unutilized service portions by traveler in the package are not refundable. Except there is special agreement.
- Additional expenses caused by sudden delays, accidents, political acts, or other abnormality arising beyond our control must be borne by passengers.
- We are not responsible for any loss, injury or damages caused by the travelers.
- Smart-Casual or proper dressing is required when visiting Pagodas, Temples, and the Royal Palace.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE:
50% deposit is required upon confirmation of the trip.
The balance shall be paid 1 month prior to departure date.
Booking less than 30 days, full payment is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposit is strictly non-refundable.
More than 30 days’ notice, balance payment is waived.
Less than 30 days’ notice or no show for the tour – 100% of total tour fare will be forfeited.
Replacement of participant or change of travelling date (depending on availability) is allowed but must be 14 days before departure.
No refund for any booked activity which is not utilized during the tour.
AMENDMENTS:
Any amendments made to the package within 14 days prior to departure date is subject to RM100 amendment fee.
AIR TICKET
Full payment for air ticket is required before the Company can proceed to purchase the air ticket. Service charge at RM50 per sector per person. Any price increase during the waiting period is to be borne by the client. Payment of air ticket is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and no name change is allowed. Any changed to the air ticket is subject to terms and conditions of the carrier and extra charges or penalty may apply.
ACCOMMODATION:
No reservation is made during the time of quotation until a deposit is received to confirm the booking of tour.
INDENMINITY:
Participants are covered by High-Risk Insurance. In the event of accident, injury or death arising during the period of tour, Green Trekkers Sdn. Bhd. is indemnified and waived against all claims. All claims shall refer to insurance company. Terms and conditions applied.
