The timing of sightseeing points shall be fixed by local operator due to traffic and weather conditions, however all points must be covered unless amendment or cancellation made by clients themselves (non-refundable for any cancellation that made by clients).

Tour and price are subject to change without notice or in case of deduction to the number of pax in the quoted group.
Tur dan harga dapat berubah tanpa pemberitahuan atau jika terjadi pengurangan jumlah peserta dalam grup yang disebutkan.
Small deviations in the tour program are sometimes necessary, depending on weather, road conditions, flight schedules and room availability.
Penyimpangan kecil dalam program tour terkadang diperlukan, tergantung cuaca, kondisi jalan, jadwal penerbangan dan ketersediaan kamar.
Supplement charge for room rate in peak dates depends on the hotel category used. Compulsory gala dinner on X’mas, New Year’s Eve & Lunar New Year’s Eve to be advised upon booking. Prices for group of 15 persons up in 5 stars hotels sometime requires to re-quote base on the hotel policy.
Biaya tambahan untuk tarif kamar pada tanggal-tanggal sibuk tergantung pada kategori hotel yang digunakan. Makan malam gala wajib pada hari Natal,
Malam Tahun Baru & Malam Tahun Baru Imlek akan diberitahukan pada saat pemesanan. Harga untuk rombongan 15 orang di hotel bintang 5 terkadang memerlukan
penawaran ulang berdasarkan kebijakan hotel.

NAME LIST:
Full name and I/C number shall be submitted to Green Trekkers Sdn. Bhd. upon confirmation for booking.
Paspor harus diserahkan ke Green Trekkers Sdn. Bhd. setelah konfirmasi pemesanan.
PAYMENT PROCEDURE:
Full payment is required upon confirmation
diperlukan pembayaran penuh.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposit is strictly non-refundable.
More than 30 days’ notice, balance payment is waived.
Less than 30 days’ notice or no show for the tour – 100% of total tour fare will be forfeited.
Replacement of participant or change of travelling date (depending on availability) is allowed but must be 14 days before departure.
No refund for any booked activity which is not utilized during the tour.
Deposit tidak dapat dikembalikan. Pemberitahuan lebih dari 30 hari, pembayaran saldo dihapuskan.
Pemberitahuan kurang dari 30 hari atau ketidakhadiran tur – 100% dari total tarif tur akan hangus.
Penggantian peserta atau perubahan tanggal perjalanan (tergantung ketersediaan) diperbolehkan namun harus dilakukan 14 hari sebelum keberangkatan.
Tidak ada pengembalian uang untuk aktivitas apa pun yang dipesan yang tidak digunakan selama tur.
AMENDMENTS:
Any amendments made to the package within 14 days prior to departure date is subject to RM100 amendment fee.
Setiap perubahan yang dilakukan pada paket dalam waktu 14 hari sebelum tanggal keberangkatan akan dikenakan biaya perubahan sebesar RM100.
